Denver sits a mile above sea level with snowcaps on the horizon, so DEN wears snowcap cream and keeps things clean: a mellow, easy-drinking cup with nothing sharp about it.
It's grown around Marcala, in the La Paz highlands of Honduras, on small farms that wash and sun-dry their coffee. A medium roast brings out milk chocolate and almond with a clean, quick finish.
